Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- Cancellations: Requests to cancel a ticket must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations may be subject to applicable processing fees.
- Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another guest, provided the organizer is notified before the event. The new attendee must present the updated ticket at entry.
- Date Changes: Tickets are valid only for the event date stated on the ticket and cannot be transferred to another event date unless approved by the organizer.
- Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified regarding the applicable refund or alternative arrangements.
- Event Changes: Changes to the event schedule, venue, program, or speakers do not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Duplicate or Invalid Tickets: Each ticket and QR code is valid for one entry only. Once scanned, the ticket becomes invalid and cannot be reused.
