• The email from filipinomusicawards@buytickets.at containing your Ticket Code is NOT the final complimentary ticket. Customers must redeem their physical tickets at any SM Tickets outlet nationwide to enter the venue starting September 13 until 12:00 PM of October 20, 2025.
