Led by Chief of Editorial Content Angelo Comsti, the magazine aims to use food as a lens through which readers can better understand Filipino culture, history, and identity. Delish Philippines seeks to preserve heirloom recipes, celebrate regional cuisines, and spotlight the communities and individuals shaping the country's evolving food landscape. The maiden issue establishes the publication's mission of championing Filipino cuisine through thoughtful, story-driven journalism
