An email from shop@sarisari.shopping confirming your order.
An email from filipinomusicawards@buytickets.at within 48-72 hours containing your complimentary Ticket Code for redemption.

The email from filipinomusicawards@buytickets.at containing your Ticket Code is NOT the final complimentary ticket. Customers must redeem their physical tickets at any SM Tickets outlet nationwide to enter the venue starting September 15 until 12:00 PM of October 20, 2025.
In the case of multiple valid purchases in a single transaction, the corresponding number of Complimentary Ticket Codes will be sent in one (1) email message.
Complimentary Ticket Codes can only be used once.
The complimentary tickets are not intended for resale and are non-convertible to cash.
Ordered items will be shipped out to your registered address starting October 1, 2025 (Wednesday).
